Do you design or program web sites?
No. Quality Web Site Testing, LLC doesn't create or modify web sites. Instead, we act as testers and evaluators. Just as building inspectors give you the heads up on problems and issues that the builder missed, we provide a fresh perspective on your website by working as an independent 3rd party.
When is the best time to hire Quality Web Site Testing?
The best time to hire Quality Web Site Testing, LLC is before you start any web site project. But if you've already started a project or just want a review of a completed web site, we can jump into a project at any time. Schedule a free consultation and we'll provide you with an estimate and a plan for your project.
I already have a web site designer. Would you be able to work with them?
Yes. Quality Web Site Testing, LLC partners with web site designers and can work at any level needed to complete a project. Because we perform independent evaluations and testing, we don't work exclusively with a fixed set of designers.
Do you evaluate and test web sites outside of the United States?
No. Quality Web Site Testing, LLC only works with US based companies and web sites. For more information, please review our Policies page.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I still pay with a credit card?
Yes. PayPal is used as a payment processor. You don't need a PayPal account. We email you an invoice, and you enter your credit card information on-line in a secure web site. This means that Quality Web Site Testing, LLC doesn't see your credit card information. Nor do we have your credit card information in our files.
Do you perform server load testing?
No. Quality Web Site Testing, LLC does not perform server load testing. Server load testing simulates hundreds or thousands of users accessing a web site simultaneously. This type of testing generally requires using a third party tool with secure access to the web server being tested.
Do you perform web site security testing?
No. While Quality Web Site Testing, LLC will identify obvious security concerns such as handling of sensitive data such username, password, and credit card numbers, we do not perform specific security testing such as simulating hacker attacks on web sites.
I'm designing a web site, can you test it before it launches?
Yes. Quality Web Site Testing, LLC can beta test web sites on test servers. The best time to do this is after all programming, design, and content are ready, usually just before launch.
I'm designing a web site, can you test it on your own web server?
No. Quality Web Site Testing, LLC doesn't copy web sites to its own web servers. We test on the servers where the site is located on the internet using the URLs provided by our clients. This gives the best test results as different web servers exhibit different behaviors when they process and display web sites.
