Google has upgraded it’s website statistics tool, Google Analytics, with several new powerful, flexible, and intelligent features, including:

  • Engagement Goals – measure user engagement and branding success of your site
  • Expanded Mobile Reporting – tracking of mobile websites and mobile apps on the iPhone and Android platforms
  • Advanced Analysis Features – table filtering options
  • Unique Visitor Metric – use this new metric when creating any customer report
  • Multiple Custom Variables – flexibility to collect the usage data most important to your business
  • Sharing Segments and Custom Report Templates – share a URL to share a report and more
  • Analytics Intelligence – provides automatic alerts of significant changes in data patterns of your website metrics
  • Custom Alerts – tell Google Analytics what to watch for using triggers
