Web Site Restrictions
Quality Web Site Testing, LLC will not evaluate or test the following:
- Web sites for customers who are located outside the USA.
- Web sites intended for audiences outside the USA.
- Web sites written in languages or containing content in languages other than American English.
- Web sites with illegal or questionable content. These projects will be rejected at the discretion of Quality Web Site Testing, LLC.
- Accuracy of the content of a web site. A site may contain terminology and subjects with which Quality Web Site Testing, LLC is not familiar. For example, Quality Web Site Testing, LLC cannot certify that a site contains accurate medical terminology, pricing, etc.
Customer Service
Customer Service is a priority at Quality Web Site Testing. We strive for a quick turnaround on quotes, communications, and services.
Quality Web Site Testing, LLC gives its clients a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all work performed. Excessive changes to a web site may nullify this guarantee. Any rework or refunds will be mutually agreed upon by all parties involved.
Invoice Terms
Payments on invoices are due 15 days after the date on the invoice.
Terms for Fixed Price Packages are 50% due when the package is ordered and 50% due when the final report is delivered. Work on the package will not begin until the first 50% has cleared.
Fixed Bid Project Terms are 50% due on contract signing plus 50% due when final report delivered. Work on a project will not begin until the first 50% has cleared.
For work billed hourly, services will be rendered and then the customer will be invoiced.
Payment Processing
Payment types accepted are paper check, MasterCard, and Visa.
Late Fees
Late payers will be assessed a monthly late fee of 1.5% interest for each month an invoice is unpaid.
Service will be denied to non-paying customers or customers who are chronically late in paying.
